Account Deletion
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your credits, chat history, and preferences will be permanently erased.
How to Delete Your Account (Mobile App)
If you are using the TheraTalk mobile application, you can delete your account directly from the app settings:
- Open the TheraTalk app and log in.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap on Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your identity and permanently delete your account.
Manual Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app or your account, you can submit a manual deletion request. Please send an email from the address associated with your account to our support team:
Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
Data Retention Policies
Upon successful deletion, all your personal identifying data is removed from our active databases. However, we may retain certain anonymized, non-identifying information for legal, security, and administrative purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
