1. About this policy
SoulSync Ventures Private Limited ("SoulSync", "we", "us") runs TheraTalk. This policy explains what is stored on your phone or computer when you use the Platform, who else can place something there, and what we deliberately do not do.
Read it alongside our Privacy Notice, which covers how we handle your personal data more broadly.
2. The short answers

3. What these technologies are
Several different technologies do a similar job: they keep a small piece of information on your device so the Platform can recognise you or remember a setting. They work in different ways.

One practical consequence: clearing cookies in your browser will not clear browser storage. Section 9 explains what to do instead.
4. What we store on your device

Everything above is placed by TheraTalk itself. None of it is used to build a profile of you or to follow you elsewhere.
5. Outside services and what they can see
A few features are delivered by other companies. When you use these features, your device may connect directly to the relevant company. Depending on the service, the company may receive technical information such as your IP address or use temporary technical information needed to provide the service.

When you make a payment, strictly necessary session cookies and device identifiers may be placed on your device to securely process the payment and help prevent fraud. Some of these identifiers expire when you complete the payment process, while others may remain on your device until you clear your app data.
During an active audio or video session, temporary technical codes may be used in the background to establish and manage the connection. These codes are not cookies or tracking identifiers and are not stored on your device after the session ends.
None of this run on our public website. The typefaces used there are served from our own site rather than fetched from an outside font service, so simply opening the page does not tell any third party that you visited.
6. What we have chosen not to use
The following are common on consumer apps. None is present on the Platform.

7. What our own servers record

8. Consent, and why there is no banner
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 does not set separate rules for cookies. Where something stored on your device involves your personal data, the Act’s notice and consent rules apply to that processing, and our Privacy Notice explains how we meet them.
Cookie banners exist so people can refuse tracking they did not ask for. We do not show one because there is nothing of that kind to refuse. What we store is limited to what the Platform needs to work, plus the two convenience settings listed in Section 4.
If that ever changes, and any analytics, advertising or other non-essential technology is added, we will put a consent choice in place first with declining offered as plainly as accepting and we will not switch the technology on before consent is given.
9. Clearing what is stored

If you clear this information you will need to sign in again, and an unfinished session may not resume. Blocking storage, the Platform relies on will prevent signing in, notifications and payments from working.
10. Updates
We will revise this policy when the Platform changes when an outside service is added or removed, when a new technology is introduced, or where the law requires it. Significant changes will be notified through the Platform. The version and date at the top show which text is current.
